Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales revenue for the company. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales techniques. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress using CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the sales team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Adaptability and resilience to overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.
