Job Description

Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage products within the trading company. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and promotional tactics. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage product categories.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to target relevant audiences.
  • Manage social media channels and online presence to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to leverage co-marketing opportunities and promotional events.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor industry regulations and compliance standards related to Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage advertising.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and promotional calendars.
  • Develop creative assets, including advertising materials, product packaging, and POS displays.
  • Support the development of product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles within the Tobacco, Duty Free, or Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative agencies.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive informed marketing decisions.
