Job Description
Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage products within the trading company. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and promotional tactics. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage product categories.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to target relevant audiences.
- Manage social media channels and online presence to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to leverage co-marketing opportunities and promotional events.
- Analyze marketing metrics and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor industry regulations and compliance standards related to Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage advertising.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and promotional calendars.
- Develop creative assets, including advertising materials, product packaging, and POS displays.
- Support the development of product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles within the Tobacco, Duty Free, or Food and Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to Tobacco, Duty Free, and Food and Beverage marketing.
